TOTU 13-in-1 multi-functional USB C docking station is equipped with the essential features you need in your daily life and general work.
This docking station can also be used as a laptop stand, place it under your laptop to simplify your workspace.
Confirm Compatibility:
Please make sure your laptop Type-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode(Thunderbolt 3 or Full function Type-C port with Display function). Otherwise, there is no video signal output from your host port, so
the monitors couldn't find the signal input, all docking stations or USB-C hubs in the market couldn't help. The docking station is not compatible with the USB-A to USB-C adapter.

*MacOS only supports SST Mode (Single-Stream Transport) due to Apple system limitations, the screens are connected from one host port, MacOS in extended mode will only extend one different display, and all external monitors will be mirrored the same(A+B+B+B).
About Resolutions:
Single video output: HDMI port resolution up to 4K@30Hz, VGA port resolution up to 1920*1080@60Hz for both MacOS & Windows System.
Dual video output: HDMI 1+HDMI 2=resolution up to 4K@30Hz on MacOS, resolution up to 1920*1080@60Hz on Windows. HDMI + VGA resolution will be 1920*1080@60Hz for both MacOS & Windows System.
Triple video output: the resolution for all external screens will be 1920*1080@60Hz for both MacOS & Windows System.
Please Note:
1. The display screens of HDMI 2 and VGA are always the same.
2. If you need to charge your laptop through the docking station, please confirm your laptop usb-c port supports Power delivery, otherwise, it will not be able to charge laptop through the docking station PD port.
3. For optimum video output, we recommend that you use HDMI 2.0 or above cables.
4. If your connected monitors randomly go black, please try to reduce the resolution and refresh frequency in "Graphics Card Settings" or update the graphics card driver.
5. The SD & TF card reader can't use simultaneously.
